HOW IT WORKS!
Orders placed BEFORE the 15th of the month will be mailed that month’s letter
Example: If you order on January 7th, you will be mailed January’s letter within 1-2 days
Orders placed ON the 15th or AFTER will be mailed the following month’s letter on the 1st of the following month.
Example: if you order on January 16th, you will be mailed February’s letter on February 1st
NOTES AND POLICIES TO REMEMBER!
- No cancellations after mail is sent
- Address changes require notice
- If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact us before the 15th!

Snail Mail FAQ!

Snail mail is a monthly envelope of cheerful surprises designed to bring a little extra joy to your mailbox. Each month features a new theme and a thoughtfully curated assortment of happy mail.

Content varies by month, but will always include a letter from us, a 4×6 art print, a cookie recipe, a sticker, and a monthly charm. We usually include other surprises as well!

When you select the recurring subscription option, you’ll be charged automatically each month until you cancel. A new themed envelope will be sent with every successful renewal.

Choose how many months of Happy Crumbs mail you’d like to receive and pay for the full term upfront. Your happy mail will arrive each month for the selected number of months, with no automatic renewals or recurring charges. Once your chosen term ends, you can purchase another whenever you’d like.

Our mail club envelopes are sent using a normal envelope and a Forever Stamp to keep shipping affordable, so tracking is not included unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us with your name and order number. For stamped mail, we may ask that you allow extra delivery time before a replacement is considered.

Kelsey
Kelsey is a full-time clinical dietitian and the creative heart behind the designs and goodies you’ll find in the Happy Crumbs Mail Club. Art has always been a big part of my life—I started making stickers for my mom’s craft and vendor sales when I was a preteen and grew up creating handmade greeting cards for every family birthday. Happy Crumbs is where that lifelong love of creating has found a home, allowing me to turn little ideas into thoughtful surprises that bring happiness to others.

Sue
Sue is a full-time architect who joined creative forces with her daughter to bring Happy Crumbs to life. She has always been the crafty one—selling handmade goodies at craft fairs, organizing creative events, and even managing a party venue. Today, she’s the logistical mind behind Happy Crumbs, helping curate each month’s theme and writing the heartfelt letters included in every mail-club envelope.

Happy Crumbs Mail Club is a mother-daughter duo built from a shared love of creativity, thoughtful details, and making people smile. Together, Kelsey and Sue combine their strengths—from designing playful goodies and creating heartfelt artwork to dreaming up monthly themes, writing letters, and managing all the behind-the-scenes details. What began with childhood craft fairs and handmade family birthday cards has grown into a joyful little business devoted to sending crumbs of happiness out into the world.
